Our Chicago warehouse facility and UPS will not be shipping/delivering during the holiday. Please anticipate a slight delay in delivery if placing orders during this time. This includes expedited orders.

Dear Richway family,

 

We regret to inform you that our office and warehouse in the European Union (E.U.) will be closing December 8, 2018. Our main U.S. office will now provide order processing, customer service, and shipping for all regions.

The closure will allow us to allocate more resources to our core markets, vastly improving our services. In early 2019, we expect to resume shipping to the E.U. with a limited product selection.

We would like to remind you that the $100 Professional Discount offered on the Biomat Professional for those in the health/wellness field, US Veterans, and first responders will only be applied to orders in which the applicant name and ship-to information match with the license holder.

Orders submitted with a license matching the applicant name on the order but with a different shipping recipient cannot receive the discount.

Dear Richway Independent Sales Associates,

Our newest shipment of 7000sL Replacement Water Filters may have a small wire sticking out at the top of it. This wire may be disregarded. The filter will still fit into your Alkal-Life 7000sL unit and is fully compatible. The components within the filter are still the same and have not changed.

The wire is for a different unit made by our contract manufacturer which uses the same filter as the 7000sL.

Secondly, the packaging on the Replacement Water Filter may state 'Pre-Filter.' This is a slight mis-translation by the manufacturer. The filter enclosed is the standard replacement water filter for the Alkal-Life 7000sL.

UPS, our shipping carrier, has updated their delivery attempt procedures and terms. As such, we have updated a section of our Shipping Policy to reflect the changes. Please review the updated terms carefully. Any websites hosted by you should be updated to reflect the updated terms. Customers should be notified of these terms prior to order submission.

PREVIOUS TERMS

“All items shipped via UPS require a signature for delivery. If you are not available on the first delivery attempt, a note will be left with instructions on how to receive your order. A total of three attempts are made before it is returned to the warehouse. If the package is in transit to the warehouse and you would still like to receive your order, you will have to pay the shipping fee for those items to reship.”

NEW TERMS EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY

For Residential deliveries and where available, UPS may in its sole and unlimited discretion, after the first delivery attempt, deliver the shipment to a UPS Access Point® location, where such shipment will be held for pickup. Requests for subsequent delivery attempts are subject to additional charges which will be assessed to the consignee. Call 1-800-742-5877 (1-800-PICK-UPS) for assistance with subsequent delivery attempts. If the shipment is not picked up by the allotted time stated on the tracking information, it will be returned to our warehouse. A re-ship fee will be assessed to re-ship the item(s).

For other shipments, at the discretion of UPS, if you are not available on the first delivery attempt, a note will be left with instructions on how to receive your order. A total of three attempts are made before it is returned to the warehouse. If the shipment is in transit back to our warehouse and you would still like to receive your order, you will have to pay the shipping fee for those items to reship.

We are pleased to announce that Health Canada has issued the medical device license for the Biomat and is now allowing us to ship Biomat orders to Canada.

  • We will now resume shipment of Biomat orders destined for Canada.
  • Biomats shipping to Canada will have their shipping charges waived for the next three months. This offer will expire on March 3, 2018.
    • This only applies to the Biomat. All other items are subject to their respective Canadian shipping fees.
    • Please note that any import fees (customs, etc) will still be assessed upon delivery. The import fees will be based on the product's full value. Import fees may vary by province and may be reduced as the Biomat is a licensed therapeutic device, but we cannot provide estimates or guarantees for this possible reduction.
  • Product certificates issued to Canadian ISAs with an expiration date of December 30, 2017 or earlier may be redeemed until March 3, 2018. (Order must be received by this date and will be timestamped according to Hawaii Standard Time.)
    • The ISA must reside in Canada, and the expiration date on the product certificate must be December 30, 2017 or earlier to qualify.
 
***Health Canada still has a restriction in place for Bio-belt orders. Therefore, Bio-belts may not ship to Canada at this time. We are working with Health Canada to release this restriction as well.***

Dear Richway Independent Sales Associates,

Effective December 1, 2017, we will be discontinuing the Water Filter Replacement Program. No new enrollments will be accepted after this date. Filters may be purchased at the regular price through the Richway BackOffice, the standard order form (submitted via e-mail, fax, regular mail), and the online order form (at richwayandfujibio.com).

If you have an active agreement in place with un-purchased filters, we will extend the opportunity to purchase any remaining filters on the agreement by Friday, December 15, 2017 at 5:00PM Hawaii Standard Time.

We have great news! After rigorous testing and approval by the Chinese authorities, we have been granted the CVC certification for the Biomat. No longer will there be lengthy delays by Chinese customs on the shipments to your customers. Our new CVC certification means the Biomat meets or exceeds Chinese standards of quality, safety, environment and performance.

Since 2013, the Biomat’s popularity has grown exponentially within the Chinese market. We needed to make a few changes to meet the demands of the Chinese regulators. Now, the Biomats shipped within China will be marketed as the Biomattress. The CVC regulations required a maximum temperature of 140°F/60°C so the Biomattress’ temperature range will be 77°F/25°C – 140°F/60°C.

We have also established a new service center in China. Our friendly staff located there are ready to help you with any questions you may have. R&L Co., Ltd. in South Korea may also assist you with any of your shipping inquiries to China. Richway’s selected shipping carrier in China, YTO Express, has a known reputation in the country for timely deliveries and real-time shipment notifications. Our customers in China will be provided with the same superb service offered by UPS to our customers here in the United States.

We salute America's heroes. We are well aware of the sacrifices Veterans have made for our country and are humbled for everything they do 365 days a year.

Due to the rising interest in Richway & Fuji Bio’s Biomat, we have been receiving questions regarding the FDA warning letter issued to Richway NF in Janurary 2013.

We would like to clarify to our customers and Independent Sales Associates that Richway NF is no longer our contract manufacturer. Richway NF had no intent to continue manufacturing medical devices and is not in use by Richway & Fuji Bio, Inc. for the manufacturing of the Biomat.

Our new contract manufacturer, R&L Co., has been qualified and trained to comply with FDA regulations and to ensure that it meets our customers’ quality expectations. Both R&L Co. and Richway & Fuji Bio Inc. currently have no pending warning letters.

Aloha Richway Distributors,

We would like to make this announcement to assure Richway distributors that the company is not allowing the advertisements of Richway products on any Internet Commerce Sites, such as Amazon eBay, etc. and that the company itself is not advertising its products on these sites.

We have been in contact with Amazon and eBay in regards to the removal of the existing and future advertisements on these sites.  We have been told that they are currently investigating these cases. We are also doing our own investigations as well.

Any products purchased from Amazon, eBay, or any other e-Commerce sites, do not come with a RI (Richway Invoice) Number. This RI Number guarantees:

·         Limited lifetime warranty

·         Lifetime trade-in option

·         Business opportunity

These benefits are only available when purchasing through an authorized Richway distributor. Purchases from e-Commerce sites will not be honored under the limited lifetime warranty nor will they receive the option of participating in the lifetime trade-in that Richway offers. These buyers will also not be eligible for distributorship if they decide to pursue the business, since their purchase will not be in the system. They may still sign up as a new distributor but their purchase from the e-Commerce site will not be counted toward their personal purchase volume. Without the RI Number, issued by Richway, customers purchasing products through these e-Commerce sites come with no guarantees of warranty coverage or repair.

When a customer purchases from an e-Commerce site, they are only receiving the product. Sellers on e-Commerce sites may not provide a phone number, physical address or email address when asked for assistance. These sellers also change their store names frequently, making it difficult to contact them.

When a customer purchases through a reputable Richway distributor, they will be receiving not only the product, but will also be supported with the best customer service based on the distributor’s product knowledge and experience, opening up the opportunity to form new and lasting relationships. Purchasing through a Richway distributor will guarantee a limited lifetime warranty, lifetime trade-in option, and business option, available only to Richway customers.

Your cooperation in complying with Richway's Policies & Procedures is greatly appreciated.

Starting from 2012, Richway International has flourished from the development of high quality and credibility in our products. We are always striving for better ways to improve our products and system, to benefit our customers and distributors.

Within the past year, we have been receiving many complaints that distributors have been advertising on Internet Sales Commerce sites, in which product/shipping discounts have been offered, leading to the loss of sales for many distributors. These types of unethical business practices are unfair to your fellow distributors. It is considered as stealing customers from the other distributors.

Effective March 15, 2013, all distributors must not advertise on any On-line Internet Sales Commerce sites, such as, but not limited to Amazon, eBay, Craig’s List, iOffer, Webidz, eBid, BlueJay, eCrater, Online Auction, CQOut, etc. Special offers, discounts, calls for specials, free shipping and similar statements are not allowed on websites, social media (Facebook, Twitter, etc.), or any other types of media.

If Richway Distributors do not comply with new regulations, Richway will issue a warning notice to protect other distributors. After receipt of the warning notice, if these advertisements have not been removed within 5 days, we are afraid that the result will be termination of distributorship.

This new regulation will create fair opportunities for success of all Richway Distributors. We appreciate your compliance in assisting us to create a better business for all to prosper.
