Shipping Policy

RICHWAY & FUJI BIO INC’S GENERAL SHIPPING POLICY

PROCESSING & LEAD TIME:

We process, ship and deliver packages Monday through Friday. Regular orders are shipped Tuesday through Friday. Expedited orders are shipped Monday through Friday. The shipping services we use usually do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays (even for expedited shipping), so the actual delivery date may differ from the estimated transit time. Richway and its designated shipping carriers do not guarantee the date and/or time of delivery due to the possibility of unforeseen circumstances. Delivery dates provided are estimates only.

Your order may be delayed if your shipping address is different from your billing address. This additional processing time is used to help ensure the security of your credit card information.

All items shipped via UPS require a signature for delivery. If you are not available on the first delivery attempt, a note will be left with instructions on how to receive your order. A total of three attempts are made before it is returned to the warehouse. If the package is in transit to the warehouse and you would still like to receive your order, you will have to pay the shipping fee for those items to reship.

Once an order is charged/paid for, it must be shipped out for delivery within the delivery time-frame. Richway does not "hold" submitted orders for processing or delivery on a designated date. Order should be submitted with consideration to the processing and delivery times stated below.

All items are shipped individually.

Deliveries cannot be made to APO/FPO/PO Box addresses.

REGULAR ORDERS (Domestic US):

Standard Ground Shipping: Up to 7-14 business days (excluding weekends/holidays)*

Expedited Shipping: Up to 3-5 business days (excluding weekends/holidays)*

PRODUCT CERTIFICATE ORDERS (Domestic US):

Standard Ground Shipping only: Up to 15-30 business days (excluding weekends/holidays)*

SHIPPING INFO BY REGION

UNITED STATES

UPS Standard Ground
Orders for items that are in stock are usually shipped within 48 hours of credit card settlement excluding weekends and holidays. Orders are shipped after credit card settlement. Barring exceptions, these orders ship out Tuesday through Friday.

UPS Expedited
Expedited orders are given top priority. Expedited orders for items that are in stock are usually shipped within 24 hours of credit card settlement excluding weekends and holidays. Orders are shipped after credit card settlement. Barring exceptions, these orders ship out Monday through Friday.

Expedited orders must be received by Richway’s headquarters Monday-Friday (not including holidays) by 5:59am HST to be charged the same day for shipment the following business day.*

Expedited orders received by Richway’s headquarters from Monday to Friday after 5:59m HST will be charged the following business day and shipped the business day after.*

*Any issues or changes which occur with the credit card, billing address, shipping address, etc., may delay processing and shipping.

ALASKA

All orders shipping to Alaska are charged an additional $25 per item.

HAWAIIAN ISLANDS

All orders being shipping to the Hawaiian Islands must include a 4.712% general excise tax.

UPS Standard Ground
Orders for items that are in stock are usually shipped within 48 hours of credit card settlement excluding weekends and holidays. Orders are shipped after credit card settlement. Barring exceptions, these orders ship out Tuesday through Friday.

OAHU – STORE PICKUP

All orders being picked up at Richway’s headquarters in Oahu must include a 4.712% general excise tax.
Orders for items that are in stock are usually available for pickup within the same day of credit card settlement excluding weekends and holidays. Please contact us at 1-855-338-6410 before placing your order to check for availability of item(s) and confirm a pickup day/time.

CANADA

Richway's shipping quote for Canada (indicated on the Price List) does not include import fees such as customs and duty tax, VAT, brokerage fees, any other additional fees on any pickup/delivery charges. Import fees are the responsibility of the recipient and due upon delivery to the recipient. Please check with your country's customs department for estimates or more info regarding these fees.

UPS Worldwide Expedited
Orders for items that are in stock are usually shipped within 48 hours of credit card settlement excluding weekends and holidays. Orders are shipped after credit card settlement. Barring exceptions, these orders ship out Tuesday through Friday.

EUROPE

Richway’s shipping quote for European Union Member States (indicated on the Price List) does include the Value-added Tax (VAT). VAT is to be included with your order at time of ordering. There are no customs and duty tax due to the EU-South Korea Free Trade Agreement.

Note: For Non-European Union Member Countries within Europe, Richway’s shipping quote does not include import fees such as customs and duty tax, VAT, brokerage fees, any other additional fees on any pickup/delivery charges. Import fees are the responsibility of the recipient and due upon delivery to the recipient. Please check with your country’s customs department for estimates or more info regarding these fees.

UPS Standard
Orders for items that are in stock are usually shipped within 48 hours of credit card settlement excluding weekends and holidays. Orders are delivered up to 5-7 business days (without customs delays) after credit card settlement. Barring exceptions, these orders ship out Tuesday through Friday.

CHINA

For China shipments, the quotes provided for most items* include import fees such as customs/duty tax and VAT.

*Items that do not include customs/duty tax and VAT in the shipping quote are for smaller packages such as Biomat Accessories, Alkal-Life Accessories, and the Rejuvena and its accessories. Import fees for these items are the responsibility of the recipient and due upon delivery to the recipient. Please check with your country's customs department for estimates or more info regarding these fees.

Note: At this time, the Alkal-Life 7000SL Water Ionizing Unit, Biobelt, and Detoxi Salt cannot be shipped to China.

YTO Express Shipping Service
Orders for items that are in stock are usually shipped up to 5-7 business days after credit card settlement excluding weekends and US/China holidays. Barring exceptions, these orders ship out Tuesday through Friday.

AUSTRALIA

EMS/Australia Post Shipping Service

ALL OTHER INTERNATIONAL LOCATIONS (excluding Canada, Europe, and China)

With respect to each item for which import fees have been calculated, you authorize Richway to designate a carrier to act as your agent with the relevant customs and tax authorities in the destination country, to clear your item, process and remit your actual import fees for such item.

If you choose to designate an alternate carrier to act as your agent with the relevant customs and tax authorities in the destination country, to clear your item, process and remit your actual import fees for such item, Richway is no longer accountable for any issues that may arise.

TRACK YOUR ORDER

Shipped via UPS

Upon shipment of your item, you will receive UPS tracking notifications from UPS Quantum View. Orders must clearly indicate the email address(es) to receive tracking notifications. Orders submitted without clearly indicated email address(es) may not receive tracking notifications.

*IMPORTANT: The delivery date provided on your initial e-mail from UPS may change once your shipment is picked up from our facility for delivery. Click on the tracking number in your e-mail. Once the items is picked up, a scheduled delivery date will be provided in this window.

Shipped via USPS

Printed material orders and smaller packages are sometimes shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Upon shipment of your item, you will receive tracking notifications from USPS. Orders must clearly indicate the email address to receive tracking notifications. Orders submitted without clearly indicated email address may not receive tracking notifications.

Shipped via YTO Express (Mainland China only)

Upon shipment of your item, you will receive YTO Express shipment notifications via text. These notifications will be sent to the China mobile phone number provided by your customer. Orders must clearly indicate a China-based mobile phone number for the recipient in China. Orders submitted without a clearly indicated or correct China-based mobile phone number will not receive tracking information.

Shipped via Alternate Carrier

In the event that our usual shipping carriers are unable to deliver your item due to size/weight limits or location restrictions, your item will be delivered via an alternate carrier. You will be notified of the alternate carrier’s delivery timeframes and shipment information once available.

BACK ORDERED ITEMS

In the event that any item is out of stock, immediate notice will be posted to this website’s bulletin board. We will ship items as they become available.

CHANGE YOUR SHIPPING/PICKUP OPTIONS

You may change your shipping/pickup options as long as your order has not begun processing.

  • Change your shipping method (Standard or Expedited – US only).
  • Change your order from shipping to Hawaii office pick-up.
  • Change the shipping address.

You may change some of your shipping/pickup options after your order has begun processing, but it may incur a fee (as listed below).

  • Change the shipping address within the same city/state. – $25 fee per item.
  • Change the shipping address to a different city/state. – Contact Richway for quote.
  • Designate an alternate date of delivery (within the allotted time frame provided by UPS) - $25 fee per item.
  • Hold for pick-up at UPS-designated Customer Center. – Free of charge (must be picked up by deadline set by UPS).
  • Change the shipping address to a UPS Store Franchise other than the UPS-designated Customer Center. – Contact Richway for quote.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, INCORRECT, OR MISSING ITEMS

If your order is damaged or defective upon receipt, please keep the original packaging and notify us immediately, so a claim can be made to our shipping carrier. If your order is incorrect or missing items/components, you must notify us within 7 business days from the date of initial receipt. Please have your RI number and/or tracking number ready upon claim request.

REFUSAL OF DELIVERY

UNITED STATES

If you refuse delivery of any order, you are responsible for the original shipping charges. Upon refusal, it will be returned to our warehouse. Please notify us upon refusal. Upon receipt at our warehouse, you will receive a refund for the item and tax (if applicable).

INTERNATIONAL

If you refuse delivery of any order, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Richway. Upon receipt at our warehouse, you will receive a refund for the item. Any import fees and cost of returning the package will be deducted from your item refund.

120 VOLT AND 220 VOLT ITEMS:

Richway manufactures 120V and 220V items for orders placed both in the continental U.S. and internationally.

120V Biomats, Biobelts, and Alkal-Life Water Ionizer Systems are compatible with 100V~120V.

220V Biomats, Biobelts, and Alkal-Life Water Ionizer Systems are compatible with 220V~240V.

The Rejuvena Facial Care System's charger is a universal voltage.

In some cases, an adapter is necessary for the proper wall socket compatibility (Richway does not provide the adapter).

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

Occasionally we have to alter our shipping schedule due to holidays and/or unforeseen causes.
Richway Headquarters in Hawaii will be closed in observance of the following holidays. Phone and e-mail service will be offline, and no orders/shipments will be processed on these days:
